For the June MM release 2025, a general user can access the MM Tutorial and run the MM service in read-only mode.

For the June MM release we want a user to be able to run the MM Tutorial in read-only mode. No normal users should

For this to happen:

• Create a function-job-collection to be used in the MM tutorial #1910
• Give 'only' read access to all users to the function job collection, function jobs, and function used in the MM Tutorial #1911
• Allow the MM Service to be turned into 'read-only' mode #1914
• Testing to run the MM Tutorial as a normal user in read-only mode #1915
• Ensure Metamodeling services are available with pricing plan in prod osparc-simcore#7851
• Testing to check a normal user can not create/execute functions in staging/production, and cannot execute the tutorial functions #1916
• Make sure the MM service shows up as a HyperTool #1918
