Starting from PR CrocSwap#48's exact total() and vector() orders, pin adjacent-swap bits for both and solve the exact optimal carrier matching. Roles fall to 36,382 at h23 and 48,255 at h25, and W to 177,284,805. All bits zero reproduces PR CrocSwap#48's DAGs byte-for-byte. Bit saving 4124034054/10^14; kappa 4123863984/10^14, 0.12719% above PR CrocSwap#48. The producer replay uses PR CrocSwap#48's dense audit, independent recount and full timeline/dirty-basis checker. 47 constraints and seven margins pass, next grid points are rejected, and the PR40-48 networks are excluded. Pin the current leaders of the parallel climbs. Roles fall to 36,203 at h23 and 48,148 at h25, and W to 176,683,608. Add an exact exclusion of PR CrocSwap#50's child list. Bit saving 4136185882/10^14; kappa 4136014808/10^14, 0.15973% above PR CrocSwap#50, 0.29455% above PR CrocSwap#49 and 0.42221% above PR CrocSwap#48. The producer replay uses PR CrocSwap#48's dense audit, independent recount and full timeline/dirty-basis checker. 47 constraints and seven margins pass, next grid points are rejected, and the PR40-50 networks are excluded. Parallel greedy climbs of PR CrocSwap#48's summand (total) and leave-one-out (vector) orders, run on Daytona sandboxes with the exact optimal carrier matching in the loop. Roles fall to 36,223 at h23 and 48,173 at h25, and W to 176,773,883. Bit saving 4134233882/10^14; kappa 4134062970/10^14, 0.37482% above PR CrocSwap#48 and 0.24733% above PR CrocSwap#49. The producer replay uses PR CrocSwap#48's dense audit, independent recount and full timeline/dirty-basis checker. 47 constraints and seven margins pass, next grid points are rejected, and the PR40-49 networks are excluded. …9418696e-5 Starting from PR CrocSwap#48 and PR CrocSwap#49 orders, systematically climbed adjacent-swap order bits across both total() and vector() calls on exclusion DAGs. Roles drop to 36,297 at h23 (6,202 matched carriers) and 48,201 at h25 (7,903 matched carriers), cutting total wire count W to 176,993,671 (291,134 wires below PR CrocSwap#49; 537,188 wires below PR CrocSwap#48). Bit saving: 165183569 / 4 * 10^12 = 4129589225 / 10^14; Certified kappa: 516177337 / 125 * 10^11 = 4129418696 / 10^14, 0.13469% above PR CrocSwap#49 and 0.26206% above PR CrocSwap#48. Replayed through producer.py: zero CRT disagreements across all 5,332 h23 and 7,162 h25 matrices; scalar identity, dense audit, independent recount, and full physical timeline/dirty basis pass in both orientations. All 47 strict assembly inequalities and seven margins verified; next grid points and predecessor networks (PR CrocSwap#40–CrocSwap#48) excluded. PR CrocSwap#49 pinned a greedy climb over the adjacent-swap bits of PR CrocSwap#48's total() and vector() orders and disclaims global optimality of that search. This replaces the climb with a complete single-bit-flip descent from the same bits and, more importantly, minimises the role count R = c + q - matched rather than the number of matched carriers: a flip can add carriers and add more additions at once, so carrier-greedy climbing is not the same objective. Since W = 2N + sum_h (N // v_h) * R_h fixes the child list, R is what moves the role volume and hence the exponent. Result: h=23 roles 36382 -> 36341 (matched 6077 -> 6153), h=25 roles 48255 -> 48247 (matched 7809 -> 7825), role volume 177284805 -> 177176337, bit saving 825035511/2*10^13 and kappa 4125007391/10^14, which is 0.02773% above PR CrocSwap#49 and still above 2^-15. Verified with the repository's own machinery: witness.py derives the saving and kappa from the searched rows and certified profiles by grid search (47 constraints, seven margins, next grid points rejected, nine earlier networks re-excluded at the new saving including PR CrocSwap#49's own), and producer.py replays both dimensions with PR CrocSwap#43's independent checkers -- scalar identity, dense bitset audit, pinned matching read back by profiles.cpp, independent recount of matched uses, and the complete physical timeline and dirty basis. The result is a single-bit local optimum, not a global one; the descent was still improving when stopped, so the numbers are a lower bound on the search. PR #48 reordered the leave-one-out
vector()sums. PR #47 explored climbing summand orders. Starting from #48's orders, this construction pins adjacent-swap bits for bothtotal()calls (tbits) andvector()calls (vbits), combining those search directions. The supplied cloud checks report that zero swap bits reproduce #48's DAGs byte-for-byte.All other components are inherited from #48: RaD's point order, original-envelope labels, both fixed I+J bases, copied centers, paid endpoint corrections, reversed data corners with exact recovery of all ten fallbacks, the complex layer and balanced assembly.
Search scope: the optimizer uses floating-point logarithmic weights and SciPy assignment. It proposes finite pinned carrier-use lists, whose legality, profiles and exact arithmetic witness are checked independently. No exact weighted-matching optimality, global optimality, or measured runtime improvement is claimed. The README now states this distinction explicitly.

Full repository verification has now passed as recorded above. Finite checks do not establish the inherited general transfer and analytic interfaces; those still require mathematical review.
