Yep, the changes in aai-portal are mostly done, I was just waiting for #138 to be finished before I added this |

Description
AAI-529: add an
/admin/users/pagesendpoint that accepts the same parameters as the/admin/usersendpoint and returns the total count + number of pages for that query. Builds on #138 so this was easy to implement
