Fix missing artifact nodes in DAG

Describe changes

When having a step that dynamically saves (save_artifact(...)) or loads (load_artifact(...)) multiple versions of the same artifact, only one of them would show up in the DAG.

This PR fixes that by using their ID instead of the artifact name for the node_id.
