Form Navigation

Form navigation provides the end user a easy-to-use mechanism to switch between groups of fields, export content, browse external links and log out of the system. Administrators can:

• Create the form navigation

  1. Click on the create form from the menu under form management
  2. Select the type of the form
  3. Add the necessary fields and enter required options
  4. Click on the add form
  5. Select the Navigation Creator
  6. Add the required fields that should appear in the form navigation
  7. Click on the update navigation

• Edit the form navigation

  1. Click on the List Forms from the menu under form management
  2. Select the form you want to create navigation for
  3. Select the Navigation Creator
  4. Add the required fields that should appear in the form navigation
  5. Click on the update navigation
