Description
Fix issue with flaky sorting when dragging an item too fast
I also change the sorting logic, it's smaller now. Notice I kept in comment the previous logic, just for a quick reference in case of bug (we'll remove later on)
This PR depends on #2117
It's not really depends, I just big PRs into two
