更新 README.zh-Hant.md 中一些用詞成台灣用法
因為我不確定這個繁體中文的 README 是針對哪裡寫的，姑且先幫忙改成台灣用語習慣。如果本來目標族群就不是台灣使用者，那再麻煩維護人員關閉 PR。
原本想用文言文寫上面這段話，惟文學造詣不足，貽笑大方就算了，如果維護的人看不懂就頭大。至此，還是打消念頭，乖乖使用白話文說明吧。另外， commit message 中有錯字，現在才發現 😅
