Alternate row colors sometimes repeating #440

It's very easy to trigger this in the "External Filter" example if setting the AlternateRowBackground property.
Just change the filter a couple of times.

Description:
Sometimes the alternating row colors are applied in the wrong order.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open the "Alternate Row Color" sample and scroll back and forth for a while.
Expected behavior:
The colors should alternate.
