- upgrade vitepress to the latest version
- adjust config to fit the new version
- apply vitepress-translation-helper as what Vue Router refactor: replace translation scripts and ui with vitepress-translation-helper router#2109 and Pinia docs: setup translation infra pinia#2549 have done.
