Make script for logging resource usage on Jetson Orin

Document how much memory, cores, GPU TOPS each code needs. Can it be optimized etc.

On Jetson Orin its possible to get a GUI which visualizes how much resources is being used:

It also supports writing this to a CSV file. For testing we could launch the entire perception stack (this relies on this issue being finished: #41) and then plot how much resources its using. For our different detectors we should have different objects for them to detect (point the camera at an ArUco marker, valve, pipeline etc.). Ideally we should mock how our system will behave during TACC to accurately see how many resources we would use then. The end product should be a CSV file containing how much resources were used (ideally also plots for the most interesting values) and which nodes were run and other relevant information.

Make a script which can run in the background for some set amount of hours, which logs a timestamp and the difference resource usage of interest. This is very important that is done so that we know how much resources we actually need and can base future decisions on it.

And also make a script for visualizing the data aswell, can place the scripts in perception-auv repository under the folder scripts/
