add wordpad fallback to notepad #5505

Uses wordpad when notepad doesn't work because notepad is an optional feature. Resolves #5504

Wordpad is optional as well so not sure this would change anything

Is it? This is what it says on wikipedia: WordPad is the basic word processor that has been included with almost all versions of Microsoft Windows from Windows 95 on.

I think wordpad is optional, but it's preinstalled.

Well so is Notepad, I have actually never seen a Windows install without it?

I think the person in issue #5504 has wordpad but not notepad.
