[Bug] D451 之后多处文档仍声明审阅由编辑产物自动打开

What happened? / 问题描述

PR #609（commit 58b301a1，决策 D451）把“工具结果永不打开、激活或改变工作面板；审阅仅由用户主动打开”落到了代码与主规格，但同一批文档里仍有多处现在时声明继续描述旧行为，读者据此仍会以为审阅由编辑产物自动打开。

已核实的位置（远端 main）：

• docs/adr/0019-work-panel-subsystems.md — “Review … opened by successful workspace Write/Edit artifacts”
• docs/adr/0042-message-scoped-inline-review-cards.md — “continues to open from successful workspace artifacts”
• docs/adr/0105-files-as-a-bundled-plugin.md（2 处）— “Review artifacts remain host-rendered …” / “Review and file resources are opened by conversation artifacts”
• docs/adr/0108-remove-built-in-interactive-terminal.md（2 处）— “Review/file tabs opened by conversation artifacts” / “empty state lists Browser and in-scope plugin views only”
• docs/adr/0068-work-panel-keyboard-entry.md — “Artifact triggers continue to create and activate resources”
• docs/spec/06-delivery/04-e2e-test-plan.md E2E-058 及其 zh 镜像 — “plus transcript-opened Review/file resources”
• docs/guide/screenshots.md 及其 zh 镜像 — “The work panel opens beside the conversation when the agent produces an artifact.”
• 中文镜像 docs/zh-CN/spec/04-ux/08-component-spec.md、docs/zh-CN/spec/04-ux/10-workbuddy-benchmark-ux.md — 仍是旧表述（英文侧 PR fix(review): open the Review panel only on explicit user action #609 已改，镜像未跟上）

Steps to reproduce / 复现步骤

1. 在远端 main 上执行 grep -rn "opened by successful workspace\|continues to open from\|opened by conversation artifacts\|Artifact triggers continue" docs/。
2. 逐条打开上述文件核对。
3. 与 apps/desktop/src/stores/slices/events-slice.ts 的 tool_end 分支对照：那里已不再触碰工作面板。

Expected behavior / 预期行为

文档只陈述现状：审阅仅由用户主动打开（+ 新建启动器的 Review 行，或 Cmd/Ctrl + J 展开的会话保留上下文）；计划/目标审批工件仍会创建或激活标签。

Actual behavior / 实际行为

上述位置仍声明审阅“由成功的工作区 Write/Edit 产物创建/激活/打开”。
