Hm... So now I am puzzled. Maybe you could have a talk-back to this with @Xiaoy312 which told me before, this: #1309 maybe those issues can be somehow merged and simultaneously fixed if possible?
Until then, I do not see another way (I am not considering Codebehind in a mvux app just because of this sorry👀) than to bind this property... But toggle switch is just my preferred control I am implying with a theme switching.
Its already annoying enough that I have to add a textbox myself for using this control WITH a describing text like "Switch Theme" just as example, just because its taken from Android controls in a material style using app.
I did see it in the winui3 gallery WITH header property but for uno I have been told, we can not get this header showing as there, as long as I want to use material.
I am fine with "we enable a same look and feel on all platforms" but that limitation is really annoying to me. So does that really need my desktop targeting app to use fluent styles and opting out pf dsp, to show that header when its switching like this... 🤔
Just if you are on propertys that might can get rethought also 😕

This issue will be closed once #1394 is merged.
@DevTKSS regarding the header issue with material toggle-switch style, that doesn't belong to this repo. I've opened an issue in the appropriate repo, you can follow it here: unoplatform/Uno.Themes#1543
