revert: undo .app bundle restructuring (pending Apple entitlement)

Summary

• Reverts feat(lume): restructure release binary as .app bundle for bridged networking #1080 (feat(lume): restructure release binary as .app bundle for bridged networking)
• The .app bundle approach requires a Developer ID provisioning profile with com.apple.vm.networking, which we've requested from Apple but haven't received yet
• Restores the standalone binary release format until the entitlement is granted
