The Traceability Matrix and Requirements by Release share persistent scope, staged navigation, exact contributor lists and six quality metrics. Packaged webview tests exercise directional focus, pair boundaries, evidence distinctions, source navigation, optional project scope, synchronized source refresh and pagination against the shared worked example. The DOM probe waits for viewport restoration before interacting with a newly rendered document.

Validation: 2,675 source tests passed with 21 existing skips; extension and packaged-harness TypeScript compilation passed. All 39 packaged tests passed in VS Code 1.139.1, including five live report-control scenarios. Metrics regression, packaging, PNG comparison, security analysis and public-surface checks passed.

Unpublished VSIX 3.7.4 SHA-256: 81143bfdc96abff34de27a29de471765883f03d3388b78af0ca3f9cb38b726cf. Build and packaged verification used integration revision 3c58cc0ce9f9daf2bd735e733cc0bfcd7daa8381, whose tree matches head e214ee0a7054aedbd1a82661a4ca2007bd855558 against base c1f902127f6b7af5499325cc2b6542c5fac44148. The downloaded artifact hash was independently verified.

Includes the release-report source changes in #676. Two existing packaged-test files are extended; no new public files are added. Tests activate the unpacked VSIX in the Extension Development Host, observe its real webview DOM and click existing controls; native selection dialogs receive deterministic inputs. No publication is performed.
