Requirements by Release provides clickable stage, population and quality-metric counts with exact contributor lists. Contributor selection opens the shared Traceability Matrix with scope, snapshot, date and reason preserved. Release choices follow the selected product; project filtering remains optional.

The report separates whole-product unassigned stages, other-release-only and invalid assignments, unresolved membership, reference slots and unattributable findings. Context types have separate units; overlapping quality metrics are never summed. Lists paginate without truncating exports and refresh together with the matrix. A retained focus is marked when it leaves its original metric contributor set. Usage guidance is updated.

The branch incorporates current main and preserves the matrix navigation implementation and release-report behavior.

Validation at 4bafe1f51f88fb017434eaca53fb096dfc3ae667: 826 core tests and 1,849 diagram tests passed, with 21 existing skips. Core, extension and packaged-test compilation, extension bundling, packaging checks and the legacy filename guard passed. The shared worked example covers count/list/matrix controls, optional scope, overlap, deduplication, contributor pagination, incomplete populations, stale messages and synchronized refresh. Hosted packaged verification passed all 34 tests, including shared report provenance and refreshed stage counts; PNG comparison also passed. The unpublished 3.7.4 VSIX has SHA-256 2caef191db34c7681d4dde8322b220402a83149f32af534af888ecc2beab10cd, built from integration revision 260d8265b15c493649df6d3cea074d635afaac66 whose tree equals the PR head. Packaged verification.
