Traceability Matrix now retains scope, focus, direction, pair position, pagination and viewport by workspace and context. Headers show product, release and project names alongside IDs; missing selections remain explicit. Stage pairs identify their position and retain empty columns and authored links across hidden stages.
Matrix cards expose individual verification outcomes and evidence diagnostics, with source navigation for records and link identities. Cards, edges, assignments and findings use bounded pages with visible totals and lossless export. Both reports keep one shared projection and reload edits made while their panels were closed. An unavailable saved catalogue can be retried or replaced from the report. Usage guidance is updated in the README.
Validation: 826 core tests and 1,844 diagram tests passed, with 21 existing core skips. The shared worked example covers exact directional node sets, all adjacent pairs, scope diagnostics, context persistence, source navigation, pagination, browser message wiring and snapshot refresh/failure handling. Source and extension compilation, extension bundling, packaged-test compilation, packaging checks and metrics regression passed.
