…ctive dispatch route (#62) Policy 2.6.0 drops the manual-only dispatch route, its stage entry, and its mentions in RUNNER.md, the generated skill reference, and tests. Dispatch persists the Codex route it ran on, and resume builds its command and records meta.route from that route instead of the first dispatch route. The resume test dispatches through a fake Codex on a second Codex route, so removing either the persistence or the lookup fails it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
