AgentsMD gains pstack's research, design, diagnosis, verification, review, reflection and writing methods through one discoverable
operationsSkill. Operations loads at task start and selects only the procedures needed for the current action. Material decisions require Elon reasoning; normal requests need no mode command.Research experiments use Prototype. Retained task evidence shares one folder, while Issues, glossaries and existing project documents retain their owners. Communication uses concise claims and brief linked evidence, preserves technical precision, and recognizes contextual
bro/bruhfeedback.This is a breaking migration from separate Skill commands to Operations: 11.4.0 → 12.0.0. Runtime Markdown stays inside the operations folder. OpenCode validates replacement links before retiring obsolete owned links. Model Router compatibility is merged in #66; release/install that compatibility before switching role kits.
Closes toolboxmd/model-router#119. Independent competing planners are a separate future design in Model Router toolboxmd/chromeria#109.
Evidence
cbd3f93719f28810ce7a72a63bf7c1f5ccf7a646: 290 repository tests, six version-tool tests, version checks and both GitHub CI checks passed. One discovery entry replaces 22 in the initial integration. Description text falls from 5,522 to 182 normalized characters; mandatory router loading means this is not a measured net context or token saving.
Merged and released as 12.0.0. The exact release commit passed the complete 290 + 6 tests again; its archive passed the 35 packaging/Operations tests and all 40 Model Router combinations. Exact identities and cleanup are recorded in Issue toolboxmd/model-router#119. Marketplace promotion is queued. Installation/activation and ordinary-use behavioral validation remain pending. Website impact is narrative and generated discovery; the public portal needs its release refresh. Its route is unchanged.
