What do you think about combining the first two sentences? I also think I like keeping this all as one paragraph. What do you think about this:

If the complaint originates from a member of the response team, it will be handled by a different member of the response team. Yep, I agree, this might sound a bit more clear.


If the person who is harassing you is part of the response team, they will recuse themselves from handling your incident. If the complaint originates from a member of the response team, it will be handled by a member of the response team different from the one filing the complaint.

Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If an individual engages in unacceptable behavior, the representative may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including a permanent ban from our community without warning.
