What do you think about combining the first two sentences? I also think I like keeping this all as one paragraph. What do you think about this:

If the complaint originates from a member of the response team, it will be handled by a different member of the response team. Expand on the impartiality of the response team
This edit extracts and improves on impartiality clause as recommended in #31.
It would be nice if wording and construction of the sentence could be reviewed by a native English speaker.
