Travis CI configuration file is not necessary more because ExTldr now has GitHub Actions for everything (check #15, #17). In addition, the problems with Coveralls/ExCoveralls reported in #16 are already fixed.
I am going to merge this PR without wait for a review, but waiting for the checks, due this change practically doesn't affect to the good working of ExTldr nor the current buildings of the project.
