Feature request: annotation_logticks() tick marks on the outside

Feature request : an option to put tick marks on the outside of an axis.

The only tick position supported by annotation_logticks is on the inside of the plot. Sometimes it makes sense to have ticks on the outside (or both).

There is a hack to work around the issue

But I think it would be best served by msg it an option on the annotation.
