This would fix it: #954 Problem: cloudflare is down and one of the tests won't work - but it would also block this PR from getting merged. |

integrate transient storage (TLOAD/TSTORE opcodes) into the
trait PrecompileStorageProviderand the types that implement it (EvmPrecompileStorageProviderandHashMapStorageProvider)
