- Axion is immutable and non‑self‑modifying; only Axion has stop authority.
- Ethics verification precedes userland; failures halt (
AXHALT). - External code runs in sealed, deterministic sandboxes (zero default capabilities).
- CanonFS immutability and provenance prevent silent rewrite; anomalies trigger canonical rollback.
