**Description:** Add xpcproxy to the list of processes that handle tracing requests and therefore cannot themselves use tracing without deadlocking. **Reviewed:** Ian Campbell **Risk:** Low, just adds "xpcproxy" to an existing list of processes that will have tracing suppressed.
