[Epic] Add Raven (MCP server) to docs
Raven is a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for AI agents (raven.stellar.buzz), and it is open source at https://github.com/kalepail/stellar-raven. Connect an agent to it and it serves Stellar docs plus live ecosystem data, cross-referenced into single answers, via two MCP tools (search and execute). It wraps Stellar Docs (Algolia), Lumenloop, Stellar Light, and ecosystem skills.
We're adding it to the docs two ways, modeled on Tempo's "For agents" dropdown: a section on the "Building with AI" page, and a persistent navbar dropdown on every page.
Framing: Raven is a live, hosted MCP server you connect an agent to. That is distinct from the static llms.txt file and the installable Skills. Lead with Raven, keep all three. The playground (https://raven.stellar.buzz/playground) is a hosted chat UI for humans to try Raven in the browser (it surfaces the MCP tools; sign-in required).
