Cleanup: remove stale Stella references
Part of the Raven docs epic (see parent tracker). Independent of the other sub-issues.
Stella (the previous AI bot) was removed in #2571, but a few references remain. Clean them up alongside the Raven work.

Point it at the current help channel or remove it.i18n/es/docusaurus-plugin-content-docs/current/tools/developer-tools/ai-bot.mdx. Its English source (docs/tools/developer-tools/ai-bot.mdx) was deleted in Remove Stella section from docs #2571, so this file is a dangling translation of the old Stella bot page.Notes
