Add support for Android x86_64

Add Android x86_64 support for testing on LambdaTest with virtual devices.

This was previously possible when using the Android Build workflow ( https://github.com/status-im/status-desktop/actions/workflows/android-build.yml ) but was lost in a combination of recent changes (status-go and qt docker image).
