[Group Chat] Group chat creation UI has clipped elements (left corner)

Description

The group creation flow works, but the initial UI needs polish. The To input and the contacts list are visibly cut off on the top-left/left corner. This looks like an incorrect container padding/margin.

Impact: Search/selection remains functional but feels broken and reduces confidence.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Start a New Group chat.
• Observe the header + To input and the contact list area.
• Note the left/top-left corner clipping of the input and first contact rows.

Expected: To input and contact list align flush within safe insets, with no clipping or truncation.
Actual: Left edge appears clipped; first list items show truncated corners/labels.

Environment: Android 15 - Motorola Razr 60

maybe let's use this one for a quick fix and that other one for a more fundamental revamp of this feature, OK?
