Horizontal line costume does not appear on stage

1. Just start a new costume
2. choose the line tool
3. Hold down 'shift' and drag a line across the screen.

At this point the costume will be displaying in the editor, but not in the project or thumbnail
Adding a second line will make both lines visible (even if horizontal), and removing it again will make it invisible.

I suspect that the height of the costume is being calculated as 0 even if the line is very thick? This is then causing the image to not be displayed...

It's surprising how many horizontal line costumes are used! I had one in my snow board game (the snow board). But most importantly in the first video of my scratch YouTube videos on making a platformer in scratch, I have them create a horizontal platform for the game to start on! Worked great in scratch 2, but everyone says it no longer works in scratch 3... Because of the horizontal line of course, but they don't know that... Just seems broken to them :(

This bug is still happening if the line width is 1, but it's now fixed for thicker lines
