Does RunHarmony() output the same result with harmony intergration in Seurat with default parameter

To produce the same results between RunHarmony() and Seurat's harmony integration, you will need to make sure the same embeddings and the same number of PCs are used. The Seurat's harmony integration HarmonyIntegration() is a wrapper of the RunHarmony() function.
