fix: restore CI and turbo build pipeline - #26

Main was broken after the partial turbo migration: missing turbo.json, pnpm version conflict in CI, dead build:email steps, and a test script that ran broken per-package turbo tests instead of the root vitest suite. Also removes the orphaned @saas-maker/email block and inlines API telemetry so the worker no longer depends on email/ops workspace packages for typecheck and deploy. `next build` alone misses @saas-maker/ui and @saas-maker/sdk when CI runs sequential build:* steps instead of a full turbo graph. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
