36 of 51 canonical identities released and qualified; 15 remain. This is the existing owner-selected C Precise rollout. RolePatch is counted under the owner's explicit visual-review waiver; its browser acceptance remains unverified. Journal is excluded. Existing factory releases count seven identities plus the Indulge alias.

The shared published fleet-footer-extension owns composition, typography, responsive layout, signature/art fade and final studio strip. Consumers pass native identity/palette/navigation/CTA, original artwork/font URLs and existing feedback/capture policy. No per-project redesign or new design-selection round.

• CodeVetter #363: footer PR364 and scoped docs-lock repair PR365 are merged. Current main 4a0bc0ea004c9d8d12e0460271886a57c626b1a6 owning CI, Docs and OSV pass. Repository Security rerun is active after all prior jobs were cancelled without execution. All seven CodeQL languages passed on the PR head with exactly the merged-main Git tree; the redundant dynamic main run cancelled five analyses and cannot be retried, so it is explicitly not recorded as green. Existing publisher awaits the actual release gates; no security config/gate change or native app release.

Cleanup and capacity

The seven explicitly approved finished node_modules folders were rechecked and removed:3.95logicalGiB. Observedfree delta585.5MiB is not attributablephysicalrecovery. Source/builds/art/evidence/store and all operating limits remain. Normal disk admission restored. FieldTrack’s fresh normal publisher and shared193 artifact publication subsequently completed; verified finished writers are safely retired with evidence retained. Limits remain unchanged.

The approved four retired Karte/OpenHistoria/Paths/Pace node_modules folders are removed:3.64logicalGiB. Source/build/art/evidence and the shared pnpm store remain. The observed free-space delta was89.2MiB, not a claim of3.64physicalGiB.

Earlier new-writer admission exceeded the approved72GiB managed total; the exact approved cleanup restored admission. Numeric slop scans remain explicit unknowns where the pinned scanner requires unauthorized headless automation. Reviewer scores do not establish owner acceptance.

PostTrainLLM/KnowledgeBase temporary static-security qualifications expire October18 00:00UTC and apply only to their approved scope. Other advisory gates remain in owning issues; no exceptions are borrowed. Private SiteHealth has a local-only completion boundary. Source, original artwork, evidence, unrelated dirty work and foreign workspaces remain protected. Separate portfolio/product/security/tooling issues are not closed by footer completion.

Canonical release records for IssuePages, WebPlayables, EverySong, Karte, iOSINDEX, StorageDaddy, Live, FieldTrack and the SaaS Maker shared193 Pages release are refreshed with historical verification/resources/ownerVoice preserved. catalog:sync passed; all76dossiers regenerated and docs:projects:check passed. Retained Git-history audit drift is dated advisory evidence and is not represented as fresh repository parity.

The later nine-folder approval was applied to eight dependency folders (2.36 logical GiB). Research Papers’ three tracked package metadata files were restored byte-for-byte and its folder excluded. A separate safety amendment adds mandatory git ls-files checks before future dependency cleanup. Source/builds/art/evidence/store and all operating limits stay. Observed resume-phase free delta is not attributable physical recovery; no further deletion is authorized.

Current checkpoint

Hosted GitHub jobs for Memory Map, On Record and CodeVetter report that no hosted runner was acquired; runner_id0 and no steps executed. These are unknown checks, not source/security findings or green results. Unchanged failed-only retries are pending; release gates remain intact. On Record full TypeScript quality passed (including its Python lint/tests), fresh candidate Astro build and clean exact-main source preparation passed. Open Historia fresh corrected render and current-C check passed; one-line contrast fix is being committed before new CI. Reader current-main reviewed security fix is available, but normal writer admission is blocked by eight active writers; foreign work stays protected.

GitHub has confirmed an active Actions incident, opened05Oct19:11UTC and updated19:50UTC, delaying hosted-runner assignment across configurations. This independently matches the zero-step job annotations. Current retries remain queued; no repeated retry loop or release-gate bypass. Source work and rendered review continue. Reader current-main integration and MemeLab stale conflict resolution are owning followups.

Source preparation and current release hold

All four hosted attempts have now ended without executing the blocked jobs. On Record Python attempt2, Memory check attempt3, CodeVetter Rust policy attempt4 and Open Historia build attempt1 each report failure to acquire a hosted runner. Existing successful jobs and exact source/render evidence are retained; no further retry loop before provider recovery. Release gates remain unchanged.

Open Historia corrected head8c07b133c96ee428bf07bd39fc7f49210b9bf3d3 is committed and root-render/check qualified; its writer is safely retired. MentionPilot head9d1710ed8cb1250dec6df4900d5d7bfaa45c1f99 is on the exact current base with tests/build/typecheck CI success (lint is a known no-op, not coverage). Its normal fresh preview attempt was refused before spawning; retained .next is not accepted as final. Reader normal admission was refused by writer count, then total budget after a slot freed. No source graph was admitted. A separate measured batch of finished dependency folders is being prepared for explicit approval; none are removed beyond the two already approved.

Free AI issue89 now records the real capture-privacy link defect and the applicable existing shared policy, plus compact/integrated capture props and normal current-main merge. Meme Lab issue35 records the precise stale-base conflict resolution that preserves current picker/Anna runtime. Owning issues and board statuses remain open/In Progress; identity count stays36/51.

The next cleanup proposal is ready and awaiting exact approval: six retired dependency folders totaling3.16GiB under retired-cache-cleanup-proposal-20261005T2051Z-batch01/proposal.md. No further removal is authorized or performed. The active Nutrition bundle and still-open OpenHistoria44 baseline were excluded; unknown/invalid AppHealth worktree remains protected. This replaces no prior proposal. AliveVille current-base PR41 has green source/build checks, but actual render and its separate critical Astro issue40 remain unqualified; no borrowed waiver. SWE124 now has a fresh read-only adapter handoff preserving focused routes and static-document capture opt-outs. GitHub official update20:39UTC continues the runner-assignment incident.
