Updating the
wireguard-golibrary to latest version by forking Luke's original changes to a new repo and then merging in new changes. In the future this repo should be moved to sandialabs org ownership instead to make it easier to manage updates.As a consequence of that upgrade the
gvisorlibrary also got updated to a much newer version, which fortunately only introduced one breaking change related to a pointer type that was easy to resolve with a find+replace action.Closes #88
