Is there any plan for update dependencies?

Wireguard and gvisor is pinned on a version released at 2023. There may be lots of performance enhancement and bugfix after two years.

No immediate plans, current attitude towards dependencies is mostly "if it isn't broken, don't fix it." I had to do a gvisor version update a few releases ago to get access to some new features and updating to the latest version resulted in a ton of compile errors. It took a lot of effort just to get it updated to a version a few months newer. So this is pretty low on the development priority list, but I'd be happy to accept a PR that successfully updates gvisor.

The Wireguard library required some changes to expose methods that were internal-only, so for similar reasons updating that has been a pretty low priority. Though that might be an easier lift than gvisor was, I'll at least make an attempt to do that before the next release.

Good news, updating wireguard to the latest version was easy, and gvisor was also updated as a side effect, with only one breaking change that was easy to fix. So they will both be updated in the next release, probably this week.
