Blocked on: runtimeverification/k#4771Blocked on: #2721As part of runtimeverification/kontrol#977 (in particular: runtimeverification/kontrol#979), we need the ability to launch new RPC servers with the extra module with lemmas in it. This just threads through the needed options to enable that.
