That repository ends up in https://github.com/ros/urdf_sim_tutorial, and here we remove all of the files having to do with it in this repository. We also flatten the hierarchy so that urdf_tutorial is at the top-level. Note that I created a branch called lunar-and-older to keep backwards compatibility. @DLu , if you are good with this, then we need to

  1. Merge this PR
  2. Change https://github.com/ros-infrastructure/rep/pull/144/files#diff-27a07c0481f895e29401386cc298c67dR148 to put urdf_tutorial into desktop instead of desktop-full.
  3. Bloom both urdf_tutorial and urdf_sim_tutorial into Melodic (when we can).
