JTC Speed Scaling - do you plan to backport to jazzy?

I am currently still on jazzy as it is LTS and want to use the speed scaling with the JTC. Do you plan to backport the respective changes in the future?

There are no plans in backporting it. Did you know that you can compile the rolling version of ros2_control on all active distros? See "Development Version" in the docs.
