I had to format cells with a variable number of decimals so I wrote a fix to support them. I also had an excel generated by unoconv with an uppercase
Generalstyle. So I wrote this fix to handle these cases.I think it could be a start to support some custom formats. I understand from #377 that supporting all custom formats would be difficult, but I think roo should at least support the most obvious ones.
