##How to assemble the NinjaPBR reactor Pod

If everything went right, the result should look like this:

The starting point are the two templates for the transparent and black 5mm thick PMMA sheets providing the pod parts.

#The first step is to glue the 10mm cuvettes into the in the bottom plate of the pod water bath. I sde silicone for this step, since no mechanical stress is excetered to the connection and the cuvettes can be plcaed later if necessary.

Here, the pod side walls, the water bath windows and the rotameter bracket are prepared for assembly.

The second

step is to glue the water bath base plate to one side wall.

The third

step adds the water bath windows.

Adding the centering piece for the reactor vessel allows the correct placement of the walls relative to hte vessel and OD sensor.

The last

step is to add the second side wall and wait for the adhesive to cure.
