Proposal: Enable Discussions in the repository #577

Hi team 👋
I’d like to propose enabling the Discussions section in this repository.
The react-email repo already has Discussions enabled, and this PR suggests it’s being used as the official way for the community to:
- Ask questions
- Share ideas
- Start conversations that don’t really fit the “issue” format
At the moment, even this proposal technically falls more into a discussion than an issue 😅.
Enabling Discussions here would help keep the Issues section focused strictly on bug reports and actionable problems, while providing the community with a dedicated space for everything else.
