refactor: remove discord link

Summary by cubic

Removed all Discord references across the site, docs, and packages, and moved community support to GitHub Discussions. This cleans up the UI and avoids dead links.

• Refactors

  • Replaced Discord links with GitHub Discussions in contributing pages and roadmap.
  • Removed Discord menu icon and the /discord redirect; deleted Discord entry from docs navigation.
  • Cleaned Discord links from root and package READMEs.

• Migration

  • Update any links to https://react.email/discord to https://github.com/resend/react-email/discussions.
