This removes the
configureServerandconfigurePreviewServerhooks in child compiler plugins to avoid conflicts with the main dev server. In @cloudflare/vite-plugin, for example, this prevents creating an additional Miniflare instance. RemovingconfigurePreviewServerisn't strictly necessary but seems worth doing for consistency.
