Setting
future.unstable_splitRouteModulesto"enforce"breaks the build if the root route contains any exports that are candidates for splitting, even if they're splittable.The root route is never split into multiple chunks since it's always loaded up-front, so it should be valid regardless of whether the exports are splittable or not. This PR ensures both splittable and unsplittable root route exports are now valid.
