test(scorecard): add aggregated scorecard homepage widget e2e tests

Add e2e tests for aggregated scorecard homepage widgets.

Resolves: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHIDP-11972

Changes

• Add tests for homepage scorecard widgets with entity counts
• Add ScorecardPage methods for homepage widget interactions
• Update scorecard plugin config in values_showcase-rbac.yaml
• Refactor: remove redundant UIhelper instance

Restructured the test so that the entity import occurs in the initial phase & gets enough time for the load, preventing runtime issues/errors.
Have tested them locally on a cluster & the tests pass.
