CAAPF looks very lightweight in resource consumption. I captured it's state with one CAPI cluster:

NAME                                        CPU(cores)   MEMORY(bytes)
caapf-controller-manager-6bbc9c8c9c-5rvps   3m           4Mi

I suggest setting requests and limits to a relatively small number, we can increase later if needed.
