Not-so-confident-but-want-to-be-more-convenient-and-formal first release

Not perfect, but it works, not only by me, but also by others.
Therefore, here comes this first release. Issuing this repo, if you need some or find some bugs.

• If you know how to install a beamer theme, PolyU-beamer-theme.zip is the pure theme files, and you can install it in your system or user LaTeX folder.
• If you are not so sure about this theme, you may try example-with-local-theme.zip. You don't have to install it, while you can try it in a local folder.
