Fixed the beamer version number to avoid the warning

• If you know how to install a beamer theme, PolyU-beamer-theme.zip is the pure theme files, and you can copy and unzip them to your system or user LaTeX folder.
• If you are not so sure about this theme, you may try example-with-local-theme.zip. You don't have to install it while you can try it in a local folder.

Mini Logo Release

Added two mini logo related options. Fixed two bugs.

• nominilogo option removes the white mini logo typically on the right of the title bar.
• minilogoleft option moves the mini logo to the left of the title bar.
• The sequence of the PolyU logo and the Computing Department logo is changed. The PolyU logo is always in the left.
• Fixed a bug. When using 75th PolyU logo, there is no title in every frame.

The downloading files are prepared as usual.

• Update theme version number to 3.33, which is the same of the beamer version. The version warning could be suppressed by doing so.
