Feature Request: Do not change focus to viewer when rendering of quarto preview finishes

Description:

After rendering a quarto document (e.g. through ctrl + x or when render on save is checked), focus changes to the viewer. This can be quite disruptive.

Opening this issue here to support development of this feature.
